Docs, the blog, and a first look at the Marketplace
Three new public surfaces: a docs site with a runnable quickstart, this blog, and a teaser of the ten categories the template Marketplace opens with.

Docs
Docs opens with a quickstart that goes from an API key to a live URL in four curl commands, copied straight out of .spec/plan/03-api.md rather than written separately from it — a guide that drifts from the contract it documents is worse than no guide. Block basics and API and CLI follow it.
This blog
Three pillars, matching the cadence the GTM plan sets out: an engineering post on how a flow is actually built, a product post like this one, and a recurring AI Ops report on what breaks first in a production AI application. Subscribe to the RSS feed — there is no email list to sign up for instead.
Marketplace
The Marketplace page is a teaser, not a store: publishing and installing templates is not built yet, so the page says that in the first sentence rather than showing a "Publish" button with nothing behind it. What it does show are the ten categories the catalogue opens with and the revenue-share terms authors will publish under, so the shape of the thing is public before the first template is.
